Great! Inwish there was accudental protection! And the orice was not as bad too for a 1k tv

The tv has a great picture. It was easy to set up. It is still working very well. Sturdy construction.

I found it more than helpful to always buy a protection plan. After much consideration, it was very welcomed to have just in case. Best Buy is very helpful when it comes to protection plans. I have purchased them in the past and found that it came in handy. You can't go wrong here depending on your purchase.

Purchased along with my daughter's new desktop. Though I haven't used them particularly for this product, I've used them in past times. Geek Squad associates are always pleasant and efficient. They always come through when you need them.

Agents who installed T.V did awesome and would recommend highly, I will say the program used to give equal trade value need to be more accurate on EQUAL service not DOWN GRADE to save money on a product you used INSURANCE CLAIMS on.

Bought a Vizio M class two years ago and the TV went out. Terrible process dealing with the appointment could not understand the person on other line. Great local technician made up for the appointment.

You protect your junk why not your TV? I was told by a repair man with15yrs in the trade Samsung puts weak transistors in their boards so I was glad to have purchased the extended warranty, you should too unless you've got enough disposable income or an advancing technology addiction to buy a new one every 2 years.

Geek Squad protection plan is great. Any questions about a device purchased at Best Buy they are always ready to answer. If a device needs to be replaced, with this protection is no problem. A piece of mind to have this protection.

Can't go wrong. The protection program is a must for anybody spending more than $200. I use geek squad protection once in the 10 years I have shopped at Best Buy and it has paid for itself even for that length of time. I but the protection on larger itiems and glad we did. Our $2,200 Sharp TV and a problem and they refunded the entire purchase price 2 years into the contract and we were able to purchase a newer, better TV. There was no hassle involved. Good to have with major electronic or appliance purchases, worth the extra cost.

Purchased the Samsung 43" TV for my son. I don't want to get a headache when he tells me it doesn't work. I purchased this 5 year Protection so I didn't need to worry. I would recommend the Geek Squad Protection to all for any product.

i always get the geek squad prtection, you may never use it but when you need it it is there, the prior tv i bought it was a good thing i had this, the manufacture protection ran out geek squad replaced my tv with no questons

Will buy the 5 year warranty every time. Our LG went blue and couldn’t be repaired in the last year of our warranty. New TV, full installation & wall mount included as that was how we purchased the LG 4 years ago.

Ive had geek squad service a large tv, and service was quick no hassle , quickly fixed the issue with tv. The claim process was easy, overall would recommend.
