Got a 2 year warranty on my sons tv. He had a seizure and he fell on the tv which caused it to crack n they hindered the warranty even tho it was accidental.

I e always been happy with their service and professionalism. Had to use warranty protection before and it took care of my problem

I all ways get the Geek Squad protection plan for all of my products! Because it never fails as soon as your factory warranty goes out something is going to break. And the Geek Squad plan has never failed to fix or replace the product!

The 5-year Geek Squad protection plan was an excellent investment, and was only a few dollars more than the 3-year plan. This gives assurance that the total investment for our Samsung TV of about 2 thousand dollars is protected.

I don’t mind spending the extra money to have peace of mind knowing that if I have an issue after the factory warranty runs out that I will be able to still receive repairs or a replacement!

We bought this to go with our son's tv. We haven't had to use it, but it was a lot easier to enroll in and alot easier to use if we have to than other protection plans that we have had. Glad to know that it is protected if we have to use it period

Geek Squad is very much worth it if you need help setting a device up or mounting a tv! Also are reliable when you want to make a claim for a device.

I haven't needed their services yet, but the warranty seems outstanding.

Got this 5-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection for a TV. I have kids, so you never know what will happen.... seeing how they broke the last TV that was over 10 years old where this one was going in at. Gotta be prepared.

Yes I bought it because TVs suck and after a little while don’t work right welcome to the age of throwing crap out. This is not a waste if you know that it cost more to just mount the new tv than have the pros handle it

Usually recommend the protection plan that Best Buy offers..my last tv went wrong and Best Buy took care of it with no issues just be aware it doesn’t cover physical damage so if the screen cracks it voids the store protection plan

I always get this on products over a three-digit amount. It has been a true lifesaver for me. Can't live without it.

The Geek Squad warranty is the greatest thing ever! It has saved me money and hassle more than once. Best Buy and Geek Squad have taken care of me when I had my doubts that even they could cover it. I would never buy anything without the warranty!
