Very, very reliable and patient. At first it was difficult to describe concern but they used their cell phone, took a picture and sure enough they were able to detect problem!

If your going to invest in the top of the line entertainment then you need to get the protection for it. I learned the Hard way! I now have peace of mind knowing that if my purchase breaks it will be fixed and covered.

The customer service was spot on as usual. I specifically wanted Geek Squad cause I believe they are cheaper then their new protection plan. That and they give awesome service.

I've had to use the service in the past for other products. Having the service makes replacement much easier when problems arise.

OMG I had a problem with a screen I purchased and they without asking any hard time gave me the best solution in matter of seconds the squad rocks besides it covers everything many people thinks is expensive but if you divided in years is cheaper than buying a new tv

2-Year Standard Geek Squad Protection Always reliable

Bought this as an add-on for an open box TV. Definitely worth the cost. The whole thing cost me just under what a new one would have and i have 2 years warranty instead of the standard 1 year from the manufacturer.

Based on everything I've read, this is the most comprehensive protection plan one can find. I'm concerned about long-term durability of my new LG OLED and this plan covers everything I'm concerned about.

I'm so old I remember when a TV repair man would come to the house to replace vital tubes in the set (in the 50s and 60s). But in this day and age one should really buy this protection, like it or not. I have had great service through Best Buy when I have used this service.

They tried to fix my tv but it wasnt it so i got a new one they are very nice and respectful
