Guys came on time very polite and had manners asked me where this item was going and brought it in offered to give me a hand with putting up but I was in a bit of rush so decline their help.

Thanks for the fine folks at the Florence Best Buy. We have bought so many appliances and TVs and more and we always take the five year warranty. We’ve only had to use the warranty twice over 20+ years. But it’s always nice having peace of mind, if anything does happen.

I think this is on my sound bar and hopefully I will never have to use it but glad to have peace of mind knowing if I do I can bring it in and they will take care of it.

Again, always great service, advice and kindness .

Already saved me money. Worked on my TV and found it was not fixable. Sent me a new one and removed myvold TV. Thank you geek squad.

I am a warranty type of person. I have had to use the geek squad warranty on a previous television. I was really glad that I had it. The IT tried to walk me through a few things and found that the peace that was no longer working was not replaceable so we ended up with a brand new TV. Without the warranty and having access to a service rep, I don’t think we would have known how to fix it. Plus, the fact that they no longer made the part to fix it, we would’ve been out of luck.

Having protection on any device is needed you never know when you’ll need it. Anything can happen

I had the warranty form my 50" TV; first time I've opted for a warranty. Glad I had it. Picture went and they refunded full amount in credit at Best Buy. Purchased a 43" Samsung for bedroom and purchased another warranty. Great service and response from the 'squad.'

Great coverage for big appliances, its a must when you want to be protected

The agents mounted my TV, it was done very efficiently and well placed. They were professional and answered all my questions. Even gave me a few suggestions, appreciate their time and tips.

I haven’t had to use this yet but I’m hoping it’s as great as the TV is. I’ve had this kind of protection for a laptop and it was very good.

Love this product. It works great in its location. It he ease of use is wonderful.

My last TV died in about 4 years, I am relieved to have the protection plan. The Geek squad was very helpful in trying fix the TV.
