We explicitly asked for accidental and we assured that this protection plan has it. Come to find out this protection does nto offer accidental, and the worst was to find out that BestBuy doesn't offer any accidental coverage for TVs at all. You are better off purchasing Upsie or from another company.

Have had trouble scheduling appt for the squad to come by and open boxes and set up updated equipment--still listening with the tv speakers!

The TV doesn't get channels like I was led to believe and it went out within six months. I had to throw away the TV

Haven't used yet but it is nice to know if it's needed it is there to take advantage of.

Have not had to use it. I hooe nothing goes wrong with it but I hate to spend all the money I did for nothing.

I Honestly can not rate them because I have not needed to use them which I guess is a good thing

The internet doesn’t work correctly, called geek squad they bounced me around and never got an answer.

The sales person could have been more friendly. Was told by sales this was android TV and it is not

Always good to protect your purchases with this because the factory warranties always are a hassle

The geek squad doesn't always have the right information or tools to do the job correctly.

Never fully had the chance to use them but when I asked questions they were as helpful as they could be.

Having no idea sometimes what was going on with the tv had to wait to hear back from a different company.

I took out policy because of last one I bought (different brand LG) had problems and replacement did also. Hope I do have too use.

Decided to purchase w/ our new TV as insurance. Haven't had to use it yet - hope we don't have to.

Tv kept blinking, exchanged for a new one and it still blinks.

You have to wait hours on the phone to a call center with people that don't speak good English. Can't call any store directly. so when your stuff breaks plan to not have it for a long while!
