All new electronics come with one year Manufacturing warranty from date of purchase.But bestbuy will sell you two years warranty from date of purchase using the one year manufacturer warranty. And will just cover one year for warranty but will charge you for two years.

Don’t let the geeks name fool you. They are the con squad. They will lie and tell you you didn’t pay for them. Until your feeding the recipt down their throat and they all don’t eat because they take a copious amount of amphetamines Ned they are nuts

In store replacement if you have an issue that can't be solved. Get the max term and you are covered.

I'm on my second TV bought for $2800 first one gave up and was not repairable. This one Geek S replaced main board, one connect box and all cables still not working and now I have been waiting 3 weeks for another part that's on backorder no date given.

Don't need it service do it yourself and on shop is invented for the world use

I've had a good experience and bad experience. I'm hoping the bad experience is due to covid.

If you buy a 2 year geek squad #Warranty for your TV the two years starts the day of purchase, the coverage doesn’t start until after the 1 year manufacture warranty ends, that means you’re actually only getting one year coverage not 2, the 1 year after the manufacture warranty ends. Rip off!

It was cancelled and the agent didn't put any interest on it

It was a big purchase, and I usually don't buy these, but I am getting too old to deal with breakdowns. Best feature is in home diagnosis

Have not used this and I hope not to. However it is great to have considering the investment.

Called for TV repair, they said call back in a week. Called back in a week, they said they don't have the part and will have it shipped to the store, and the appointment will be on some date, in the morning. That morning, instead of our appointment, they called to tell us they didn't even have the part. We were NOT called about this the day before... They said they would get the part the next day, and they did. We called and they have the part and now won't come for another week. Moral of the story: unless you want your TV to be fixed a month late, don't buy the warranty.

Some geek squad tech's are well qualified and thorough....others seem to not know what they are doing or are too busy or lazy to complete the tasks.
