I'm so glad I purchased the extended warranty when I bought my 55" insignia Fire TV. I had to exchange for another one after a month and then exchange again for an upgraded brand.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

If you do not buy this and your item has a hissy fit - getting service on it is EXPENSIVE... so good luck if you do not buy this coverage. I buy Geek Squad with anything that is an electronic - anytime I have had a problem - they are fast, efficient and worth it! Coverage is transferable too - handy! Always recommend!

Since the Samsung t.v. collapsed with in the first couple of years, and my t.v. was replaced with a Sony, because of the 5 yr. warranty I bought in the beginning ~~ I bought another 5 yr. warranty for the new Sony.

When i bought the C1 LG OKED tv i knew that ill need a protection plan cover for avoid any future inconvenience. So i bought it. Im not have any problem with the tv buy one never knows. Is a great option and very necessary.

For electronics and appliances, I always get as much protection as is offered. It pays off!

The warranty plans are good from Best Buy. I had to send off a tv and they couldn’t find a problem with it. Shipped it back to the store and when I picked it up it was doing the same thing. The manager went ahead and gave me store credit for the TV. I love Best Buy’s customer service.

Some times it is better to to on the safe side. I have had several people I know have trouble with the T V they purchase and since this was an open box item ( evidently purchased and used to watch the super bowl and then returned based on the active account I discovered on the T V ) I wanted to play it safe and went with the warranty . SO thst if some difficulty does happen I should be in good hands for repair or replacement.

Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. I am attaching a photo showing quality of picture.

The mounting of the TV went smooth. Technicians were on time and cleaned up their area after mounting the TV

Affordable price and makes a lot of sense for a television investment

I am so happy with this TV I love I don’t have to have cable at all and it has so many channels. This is one of the best TV I have ever go.

I highly recommend buying the protection plan when purchasing a new TV. After four years my television display went. The manufacturer had no interest in helping. I forgot I had ourched the protection plan until I signed in to my Bestbuy account. The tech who came to my home could not repair it, so I was given a credit towards a new one which is an upgrade from what I had.
