I’ll get a protection plan from now on and all big purchases. I spent over $550 for a new tv and less than 2 years later it stopped working and I was able to upgrade bigger and better under warranty. Only paid out of pocket a DISCOUNTED price for a new 5 year warranty!

Geek SQUAD transferred all information and sights over from older laptop to new Lenovo laptop efficiently, completely, and quicker than expected. Then explained it all and set up security features with me. No charges because of my membership. BARRY

The agent mounted my TV AND CONNECTED TV to all my devices. Everything working perfectly with both XFINITY plus Samsung Plus TV I only had to learn how to use the Samsung remote but was familiar with XFINITY remote

I decided to get this to protect my tv purchases. TVs can either last a long time or suddenly stop working randomly. This gives me peace of mind up until my next purchase. I like how depending on the tv size all you need to do is be home for a technician to come assist you rather than having to deal with taking the tv somewhere.

For anyone trying to decide between the Samsung Q90R QLED and the LG CX OLED trust me when I say that there is no comparison. I had both and the LG is a far superior tv. We have this tv in a large room with a lot of windows and two large sky lights so as you can imagine during the day the room is very bright. Almost all of our viewing is on DirecTV and Netflix. We watch a lot of series tv shows, movies and sports. The picture on the LG is absolutely stunning. It doesn't matter what you are watching every show and sporting event looks awesome. When you pay near $2,000 for a 65" tv it needs to "wow" you and the LG does just that. The color and the contrast are incredible. This TV needs very little tweaking, if any, right out of the box. We use the APS, and Sports picture modes and only had to do some minor tweaks. My concern when purchasing the tv was if it could get bright enough in a well lit room and how well it handles reflection. There is absolutely no issue with brightness. The picture quality is so good you don't even notice any reflections. The viewing angle is incredible. You can sit at almost a 90 degree angle to the tv and there is no degradation in picture quality. The sound is also very good and the different sound modes you can select are very useful. The user interface and menus are extremely easy to use and the interface is very fast when switching between DiecTv, Netflix or any of the many other apps. Apple Airplay also works extremely well. We had the Samsung Q90R for seven days before returning it and no matter how hard I tried I to tweak the settings the picture just looked average. The LG handles reflections much better than the Samsung and sports look insane on it. My wife who is rarely impressed keeps commenting how it looks like the actors and athletes are right in the room with you. The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish LG would raise the stand so the tv can sit about 3" higher so a sound-bar or center speaker can be placed in front of it. I have a Bose Lifestyle surround sound system that has a center speaker. Quite honestly I have had the tv for over a month and I have not even hooked surround sound up yet because the tv audio is that good. The full function remote is also very good and the DirecTv remote works well with it also. The LG 65" CX OLED is an awesome television. Well worth every penny. I also give Best Buy five stars.

Do not buy an expensive TV without this. My Hisense TV died after almost 3 years of use. Because I had the Geek Squad protection, I was able to walk into the store and use the original value of that TV toward a brand new Sony OLED replacement. The process was smooth and it turned a broken TV nightmare into a massive upgrade. Worth every penny.

Always purchase a BB extended warranty with a big purchase. Of anything happens, BB will fix it or replace it with little to no deductible. I got the 2 yr plan.

I've used geek squad multiple times to install new electronics.They're always on time and professional. One of my TV's was actually delivered damaged, and Geek Squad went out that day and got a replacement for us, came back, and finished the installation so we didn't have to wait or hassle with coordinating a replacement. It was great.

when it comes to household or entertainment I will only purchase at Best Buy, as there geek squad protection plans are inexpensive and are always completely backed up.

The tech came out immediately to repair or exchange the previous TV that was bought. There was something wrong with the speakers. I could barely hear out of them. He stated the smaller, the TV the smaller the speakers for some reason they’re not making these TVs the way they used to.

The C4 is a great TV don't get me wrong but LG really shoots themself in the foot a lot of the time. They do not seem to understand that they are not the only one thing anymore. Then dimming their TV by a crazy amount in game mode is killing their own Brand. They have been the kings of WOLED for ever. LG is either going to learn that WOLED has been tapped out and they need to do something New an innovative or they will fall far far behind. LG has almost caught up to Sony when it comes to picture processing but not quite. But when your panel technology has nowhere left to go and all the other panel Technologies are now doing better and Even LED TVs are starting to catch up to WOLED panels its time to start Innovation. LG has been in OLED panel technology for the Longest. They Should be at the Forefront.. Samsung has now exceeded them in OLED panel technology when it comes to brightness and color volume and Sony still exceeds them in picture quality. Meanwhile LG is doing everything they can to shoot themselves in the foot But like a other companies Victory is a companies BIGGEST Weakness. LG is NO Different. Unless LG does Something an makes REAL moves Victory will Defeat them.

Worth spending extra on the protection plan. Had an issue with the first tv I bought where I was laying there watching tv and all the sudden it had a green line appear down the middle, called and they had a replacement out within a few days! Worth the extra $$.

Please get the Geek Squad Protection for any electronic you buy because it's truly worth it. My TV was replaced with a full store credit of the entire purchase on the last month of Protection plan 5yrs after I purchased it. I was able to keep the old TV as well

One of the best parts about buying higher end tech from Best Buy. A tech came to my house to check an issue with the TV I bought, was a simple fix but nice to have that cushion!
