Geek Squad are always Excellent! Very important to have

When you consider that any television over 50" must be serviced in the house (can't be returned to the store for service). This 5 year warrantee for $50 was an easy purchase.

He was very proffessional. He was very friendly and nice. It didnt take him very long at all to put up wall mount. And he also hooked the tv up to the wall mount. It looks really good. I was very impressed.

I just love the idea of a 5 year Geek Squad Protection plan. It covers everything including lightening. We live in Florida so that could be important. I do hope I never need to use this reasonably priced product!

Been a customer of geek squad over 20 years, and they're quality has declined. Had a product go bad in 6 months and the price of the item doubled. They did not pro-rate my credit and gave me minimal options but to upgrade to a way more expensive item, even though i wanted a direct replacement or next comparable item for my warranty.

Always got to get the protection plan. You never know when you’ll need it

I had an e pensive tv go out after 2 years and had no protection insurance. I just purchased a 75” Sony and won’t let that happen again! I have covered this investment for 5 years! I have had Geek squad on my computers for years and have been well pleased. I have faith they will repair or replace my tv if a problem occurs after the original first year warranty

I purchased this protection on my Roku tv in case it should quit working properly like my last tv did when I hadn't even had it 6 months. I had the protection plan on it also so it covered the cost of my new tv.

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

I appreciate the fact, geek squad will come out if necessary, opposed to me having to lug the merchandise back to the store!

I am the type of person that would rather play it safe and be covered than to take a chance and be surprised later. Since my knowledge is not very good on fixing things buying the protection plan gives me piece of mind that if ever I need help someone knowledgeable will be there for me.

Having insurance gives us some relief as the new TV we bought is in great quality and we want to make sure it can get fixed if something were to happen to it.

Getting started wasn't so bad. There were many downloads but I was able to get through a few of them. Still not finished with these setups just yet. I hope I don't need the Geek Squad, but if I do...
