Always get to geek squad plan when I buy something at Best Buy. They always come through when I need them.

I purchase my 5yr warranty for this TV before have too go online you read everything l need too know. We must not forgive too take carere of the customers needs l dont agree with all the new rules because l'm over 60. Idont need the Robot to run my life

Great to have protection on the things you love. It’s easier then spending money for no reason to purchase an item when Best Buy’s No hassle plan of attack works better than PC Richards or even HHGreg from back in the day. They actually cover you.

geek squad protection is the best! usually when there is an issue they always replace the item! sometimes they try to fix, either way its great to have

When I purchased my LG TV from Best Buy, I was more than pleased to find the excellent service contract that was available, and for such an affordable price. I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Thank you Best Buy!!!

I didn’t use this for installation of the tv, but they have to help me uninstall my tv now and they didn’t charge me because of the situation so I appreciate it!

I've actually had to use this service before with a crappy Vizio TV i had in the past and if they can fix it they fix it if they can't fix it and the TV is crap they will let you exchange it no questions so if you protect your investment then you need this.

Got this protection for my TV. Haven’t had to use it but I always get the protection because of the great customer service I have ever had when I have had to use them. Better to be safe then sorry

Have used the Geek squad many, many time for different items we have purchased. They are polite and know what they are doing and make sure everyone is working before they leave and also encourage you to call if you have any problems or questions.

As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!
