Geek squad is helpful, friendly and makes sure every is up and running before leaving

Always opt for the 5 year plan. Units tend to fail after 3 years. The cost to replace it goes up as well. This coverage keeps the ouchies away when replacing items.

So far have been happy with Geek Squad. They seem to be very helpful for someone like me who is not up on electronics. I depend on them to fix and solve problems when needed.

The agent that came to my home to service our tv was professional, knowledgeable and on time as promised.

Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.

It’s a decent TV for the price paid. Has a lot of features to learn and familiarize. Maximum volume could be louder. Would invest in a sound bar for entertaining.

I always purchase a geek squad protection plan but I hate the exaggerated price, specially on protection plans for video game consoles, laptops, TVs and other expensive products, please lower the price and a lot!

The team showed up on time, very professional and safe. They kept socially distanced and wore masks. Provided us recommendations on TV placement, etc. very much worth the additional cost to have the TV installed professionally. Highly recommend.

I've been a member of the Geek Squad for years and I love it. When I need help it's good to know I have someone there to assist. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly and they have always fixed my problem quickly.

Purchased to go along with a 50 inch Insignia TV. Thankfully have not needed to use but it's nice knowing it's there.

Have not had to use their service yet on new tv but have had great response when needed on computer

We live in the boonies in the summer, travel around in our motor home and live in the south in the winter. I love that I can call in any time and as much as I want and they can remotely go in to clean it up or fix most any thing. Unless it is a hardware problem. Well worth the money. Plus, it covers 3 computers.

TV stopped working while under warranty. They sent it out and it was too much to fix so they instead gave me back the money I’d originally paid for it. Used that money to get a 60”. No hassles. Will always go with the extended geek squad warranty!
