Adding this protection plan was simple, easy to understand, and well integrated into our TV purchase. Best Buy employees explained it thoroughly, how it works, where to go to file claims, etc.

Harvey came out for my in-home theater appointment and he was very professional. He was on time and he explained what was going on what I could expect what my five-year warranty covered what was wrong with my LGQNED TV and what my options were was very kind he was cognizant of, my household and that our household was a disabled household, and I was very appreciative of his generosity his suggestions and his great customer service thank you Harvey for a job well done !!

Mr Nadeau and the other Geek Squad gentleman took down our older smart Tv, and mounted our new Tv using the same Tv mount as we previously had. They alsohooked up our Surround sound, Blu Ray player and our new streaming service. Very professional, friendly answering our questions. They also hauled away our old TV

I HAVE USED THE GEEK SQUAD A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS HELPED TO FIX WHAT WAS NEEDED.

All i have to say is that everyone need to try the Geek Squad service to feel as goos as i do. My tv need some qork done and Geek Squad sent a professional to help me out. I had a computer to fix and they did. Also, all the store in NYC has great customer services in the Geek Squad Department and throughout the Best Buy store.

I get the 5 year on all TVs and applianaces its worth every dollar and they have replaced 2 TV's now. A 70 inch LG TV in our living room they came to the house and fixed and did a great job.

I have the 2-year Geek Squad plan for my TV. I filed a claim when my TV screen stopped working but still had sound. I booked an appointment with Geek Squad, and they came to the house. They serviced my TV and gave me the info to call and order my replacement since there were no parts to fix my issue. The same day I called and the representative helped me with the replacement, ordered the TV, and set up an exchange date. Got my new TV without issues and my grandmother is very happy to watch TV again! It took 2.5 weeks to complete this which was long, but I understand that they had a full schedule when I made the service appt. I would recommend Buybest and their Geek Squad Protection Plans. The technicians were nice and helpful, the representative was kind and resourceful, and the Geek Squad delivery was quick. Thank you Geek Squad!

We bought this plan again with our TV. It saved us about $800

I started using geek squad after having one experience where we put a warranty on a TV and few months before it expired The backlight went out and we called and geek squad was excellent since then I have put geek squad on every TV that comes into my house with four children we have since used it multiple times and never have had an issue. Definitely recommend to people who are on a budget who can't afford to replace electronics when having issues. Geek squad makes this a non-issue.

Ive not ever had to use. The technicians are definitely full of great advice. Ready for any challenge given.
