Geek squad

Useless help
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to the Geek Squad desk with a quick question. Nope, no can do. I had to sign in to get an appointment first. I was there at 2pm and the first open slot was at 3:45 pm. I went to Office Max and they answered my question on the spot and I did not have to buy anything.

Great warranty price
