I don't usually buy protection plans because it's better sometimes to buy a new product most times it becomes an upgrade.However money was tight, so Geek squad came to the house, did an evaluation and gave us store credit for a new TV .

I just purchased a 55 inch Samsung KS9000 television. I felt that it was important to also purchase 5 years of Geek Squad Protection. I have always had great experiences with Geek Squad. Anytime I have a problem, all I have to do is call them and they try to help me over the phone. If they cannot help over the phone, they come out to my house. The Geek Squad is always very professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

18 month old Samsung tv stopped working for no reason. Purchased a new tv from Best Buy and got a 5 year warranty. Best Buy offers the geek squad who I was able to call and set up my new tv. Excellent customer service

I typically choose Geek Squad Protection over the manufacture's extended warranty since Geek Squad is easy to reach and has been very responsive for the other items I've covered this way.

Never have bought anything without insurance. You may not think it’s worth it now but accidents do happen from point a to b or the cat or dog we’re playing a bit to hard. Don’t walk out without your insure item.

The Staff of Geek Squard are the best...Phil always greets me with a Welcoming Smile. His expertise is always astonishing to always helps me figure it out. Our challenging time on the Laptop or Internet are swift and rewarding with the answer to my dilemma! Jason, the GM, always helps me as well. Great tv. Crisp image good sound. Really enjoy how Roku is apple friendly. I have spple tv , chromecast and Roku wins by a landslide.

If you buy electronics that are more than 1000 dollars, you should have this protection. I have used it twice and it was easy to get a replacement both times. Figure after a year, the television you had will be outdated and if something happens, you will get something that is comparable.
