Have had to use this protection twice and both times was a pleasant experience, I believe it is better to have the protection and not need it than to need it and not have it, honestly I can recommend getting the extended warranty, without hesitation

Worth every penny to extend my warranty 2 more years and to get Geek Squad home service to fix and repair my new TV. I have had back surgery recently and am older. I needed a Geek Squad warranty to have the luxury of home service vs me having to load up my TV and taking it to a repair shop.

Haven’t had too ever use my Geek squad for repairs…however a great value and I feel extremely good knowing they are available for repair or too answer concerns

The colors are unbelievable. It has built in surround sound. There are more channels and apps to count. I am very happy with this purchase.

They came and inspected my broken Hisense TV and was able to replace it. For 100, it is pretty worth for 5 years coverage. I wish the warranty would extend and cover the replacement TV but I have to buy a new 5 year plan. Would be 5/5 if the new TV continued the the previous warranty plan.

It’s nice to have a piece of mind that I have warranty over the TV and I did at first didn’t want to get it and then I decided against that and got it anyways and they just easily approved it so I like that that I don’t have to do a bunch of paperwork to do it

I used for my Sony Bravia, when I reached to Greek Squad team then helped me with correct directions and get it replaced as tv got water drops and lines on screen..

The extra protection through geek swap squad was reasonable for the time covered.

I Love Thos Geeks So Much it seriously hurts. I offer a tip they say No. They dont use me like some people. The geeks are my true friends and if I ever get married I will invite the geeks to st up my wedding and stay for hourdeverve hour then grab entrées to go after there done setting up the DJ Table and TV / Ice Display.
