Just got my new tv. Was using an older 1 given to me and it went out. I made sure to buy the protection plan so if something happened I knew I'd be covered for any help I'd needed!!

just purchased the warranty but 5 years it’s the worth of money

I always get a geek squad protection plan. Last time the back panel of LG went out and all images had such a strong blue hue. They came and looked at it then gave me a credit to get a new tv.

Great website to order from and had no issues buying or picking up. Also have had no issues setting up myself.

Geek Squad does upstairs delivery, setup and haul; away and rescues my bad back. I used Best Buy's crack service division, The Geek Squad to install my new 77 inch HDTV in our small home theater room upstairs. They exceeded all my expectations from speed, cost technical smarts, courtesy and COVID-19 safety. Price was more than reasonable for the total value we received!

Like I would say before it's good to get warranty on your items it's very important because you don't know what can happen to your items and I want to say thank you Geek Squad for helping me in exchanging my TV for the same price TV

Agents came in assessed my TV and because it was under created a ticket to have it exchanged for a working and newer set. I purched an extended warranty for the new TV as well. It is a financial lode saver.

We have purchased this coverage on another TV and it really paid off for us! The TV had a defect after 3 years of use and this protection coverage replaced it. Of course the model was discontinued so they gave us another TV... for the same amount we had paid 3 years earlier! We were upgraded to a state of the art TV with all the bells and whistles! It is worth investing in this coverage!! We will always purchase it for our high end purchases!

It's a 5 year warenty. my dad had one of these for his TVs so this was a must get. I know if anything goes wrong my tv will be covered.
