    I have not had to use this yet (just bought the TV), but I have heard nothing but good things about this service. And at only $49.00 for 5 years I thought it was a real bargain.

    $30.00 warranty for TV

    Fortunately I got a working TV and have not had to test the warranty yet, but this tv will get used a lot in our bedroom so I got the warranty for 30.00. If it quits the cashier said I could just replace it for a year then they will fix it or refund my money when something happens.

    I hope I never have to use it, but I'd still highly recommend it. I bought this with a big screen television, mainly because if something does happen, they (Geek Squad) will come to you to repair it, rather than having to lug it back into the store. That's worth everything it costs and more.

    Can’t really say much but I do know they honor their service and they do get things fixed. If they don’t they will replace a new item so I can say the service is.

    I like the idea of having extra protection. My hope was that it would be added on to the original warranty instead of dual coverage. Our last TV purchase was from Best Buy in 2007. That TV died "one day," after the warranty was up. It was a $500 repair to replace the motherboard. It is my hope that this new TV will last us 13+ yrs. without any costly repairs.

    Great economy 4K HDR TV

    For the price this is a great economy 4K HDR television. I paid $300 plus tax and extended warranty and really wasn’t expecting very much. When I had finally set it up (Actually it practically sets itself up) I was very surprised to see how great the picture was especially when in HDR mode. I ran videos from YouTube and showed family members and they were all enjoying it very much. For $300, or less, I don’t see how you can do better. This transaction was done in October 2019.

    Don't forget to extend the protection

    Even though I have the Total Tech protection for my home and all of my equipment, I still purchase the extended warranty protection for whatever life may throw at you. I have had to use it a couple of times and that more than paid the cost of obtaining it. when you spend hundreds of dollars on an item you use daily, give yourself the peace of mind of protecting it as well.

    Can’t go wrong with this coverage.Even a minor repair would likely far exceed the cost of the coverage. Based on knowledge and professional activity installing the television, I am confident that any repair would go seamlessly (hopefully this will be moot)

    When covering electronics items that are difficult to have repaired getting the GeekSquad warranty is a must. For the cost it can save the purchase value of the item covered. It has allowed me to upgrade one of my items with a much more capable replacement.

    We had a 5-yr plan w/ our previous TV and it really paid off when it went out and was unrepairable. Thank goodness we purchased the plan. Customer Service staff was so helpful, the GQ was awesome and BB has earned a customer for life.

    Guest services is always amazing over the phone and in person at the store. Using geek squad and making claims for warranties was made to be a smooth transaction for sure! Additionally the total tech membership is so worth every penny!

    Love the television but really appreciated Steven Wrenn of Geek Squad who installed it within my home theater group. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining everything to me. I also purchased at his suggestion a master remote controller. He programmed and again explained how to find everything I needed. I LOVE having one device do it all. If I ever need a Geek Squad service call I hope Steven is one to respond. I am attaching a photo showing quality of picture.

    I haven't used Geek Squad in awhile, YAYYYY! However I have in the past and was glad I made choice to have this service. They were always able to fix my problem. They offer good customer service. A solution may take from 15mins for an over the phone tutorial or a week if a part has to be ordered. Geek Squad, is the service to have..
