We've had the television for a bit over 1 month and so far are extremely happy with it. The picture is beautiful. It communicates well with our computer so we can use EyeTV to create a mirror image. The only thing that could be a problem is that there are no controls on the TV so you do not want to lose the remote or run out of batteries.

Got this for piece of mind. Hope I don't ever have to use it but have it just incase. Why not when you spend almost $2k on a TV, you want that extra coverage

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Protection plan for tv hopeful we never need to use it

Honestly a great looking tv had it for over a year I love lg oled’s they really are the number 1 Tv’s for movies, shows, and gaming.

Geek squad is the thing to buy if you are buying electronic products from Best Buy. It gives you piece of mind. Less hassle and great customer satisfaction. I never had any problem whatsoever but would love to see quick phone connection when I dial customer support.
