This was a good buy for price it’s great the image is beautiful the only problem is the smart tv part. Thought it was the batteries placed name brand batteries. And the tv remote still lags in allowing you to go through apps to pick what you wish to stream.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. So helpful you really need to purchase the protection. My last TV died at only one year old. I received full credit on my purchase price. Don't leave the store without it :)

It's a good TV I like the picture but I had to get two to get one that wasn't broken I like the features of Amazon just wish the TV was built better.

It's essential to have this protection because you never know if a device will be good or not. Never had yo use but 5 years for the price is a great deal.

I bought a 70” Insignia F30 and 1.5 years later the screen went black and I tried power cycling and everything the internet had suggested but no luck. Luckily I had the geek squad warranty and received store credit and was able to replace the tv for an upgraded version and also bigger screen, I had to pay the difference which was minimal. I would recommend the protection plan to anybody because you never know what could happen and it’s a pretty seamless process.

Good for my 100 inch tv so i dont have to worry if something happens
