    Always offers a quick response. Purchased a new TV an elderly family member and I couldn't be there to help. The squad walked her through the issue.

    Easy and fast to get in touch with an agent, but the best part about when you have to contact geek squad is that you don't have to spend a lot of time if any going through the automated system to speak to an actual person. This is HUGE for me I don't remember having to answer a lot of prompts before I was able to speak to an actual person, if there were any prompts on the automated system it was only 1 or 2. Unlike when I have to call Comcast for anything, for example if I am calling about a billing issue, I have to spend 15-20 minutes in the automated system before I get to the billing department, then before I am able to speak to a person the automated system forces me to first try to resolve the issue with a virtual agent on their website, if the virtual agent can't resolve my issue I then and only then will they allow me to speak to an actual person, and even then I must request an agent to call me back from the site, there is no way I can simply wait to speak to an agent. It is annoying and frustrating. Every agent I have spoken to at Geek squad took less then 3 minutes to get connected with, they know their stuff, and if I ask a question, they do not know the answer to I have never had to wait for them to find the answer and wait for them get back to me latter by email or phone with the answer to my question, if they do not know the answer to a question I asked, they have always found the answer to the question before the end of the call, I may have to wait a bit for them to find the answer but they have always found the answer before the end of the call. Also, when they make an appointment, they show up on time if not early. They are the biggest reason I will never buy my electronics anywhere else.

    The agent that came to my home told me that instead of getting a new Roku remote and trying to figure it out with my older tv and Roku 2 player, just go ahead and get a Roku tv. He was able to find a Roku tv that would fit in my entertainment center on Best Buy's online store. All I had to do was pay for it online and wait for delivery. The tv came in a couple of days and set up was easy and not complicated; now I'm able to watch my channels! Thank you!

    Love that Firefox is in the system and I don't have to use my firestick. Sound is great. Picture is great. No compalints. I would buy it again.

    if there’s ever a problem within the five-year warranty if they can’t fix it or there is no part available they swap out the TV for a brand new one no problem the following year model you just have to pay for another five year warranty. Can’t say anything more better for Best Buy will still be a customer.

    Adding this protection plan was simple, easy to understand, and well integrated into our TV purchase. Best Buy employees explained it thoroughly, how it works, where to go to file claims, etc.

    I get the 5 year on all TVs and applianaces its worth every dollar and they have replaced 2 TV's now. A 70 inch LG TV in our living room they came to the house and fixed and did a great job.

    I think that the person I was speaking with on the phone was very hard to understand so I called back again and I reached someone that spoke more clearly.They did take care of my problem so I would rate it's a four out of fiveonly because it was hard to understand the person and it took too much time to talk to someone because they tried to get you to talk to the computer untill you tell the computer many times (You need to speak to someone). So everything else is great except for those two issues.

    I couldn’t get customer support for a ThinQ App from LG. Good thing that I bought Geek Squad support. They were able to help replace the TV in home. The only negative was it took ONE MONTH for them to get to my home. I’m still waiting. Slooooow.

    Over all I am satisfied. I owned an older model—store bought, new—for 7yrs. before it stopped working recently. so I decided to buy the newest model. I must say I am extremely satisfied. Video, sound, and gaming graphics—all which pair nicely with my ps5–are superb. The size is perfect for the bedroom not to exaggeratingly huge or small and I had to stop using my sound bar because the sound quality of the new tv was exceedigly better—the tv being mounted. Overall extremely satisfied.
