Geek Squad Service is a most have with todays products. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

I purchased this tv over a year ago and absolutely love it. The picture quality is great! I love all the feature with how the UI is set up for all my streaming services. I love the simplicity of the remote.

The Geek Squad Crew arrived on time. The were very considerate of our home. The wore shoe coverings. When they were finished they cleaned all the dust from hole drilling. Their installation of the TV quick, accurate and professional. After all the physical work was done, they spent almost 30 minutes showing and teaching my family how to use the new remote. They also showed the family all the new available features built into this TV.

I wish I can give 0 stars. The worst experience I’ve EVER experienced with Best Buy and I always have them install stuff. The one guy was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He didn’t do anything I put in my order and kept saying it wasn’t there. Then they didn’t even finish setting up my tv. If this the type of people they have working with them now I won’t be coming back! From the start to the end the man was Rude, rude, rude!!!! I asked for the cord to be hidden in the order, he said it wasn’t in there (in a snarky tone). I asked for the old tv to be relocated in the order. He said oh no I’ll have to charge you (again in a rude tone). He left without setting the tv up, but honestly I didn’t want his negative rude self in my house any longer anyways. Never again!!!

The Geek Squad were amazing. I'm not an idiot! I have hooked up many systems before. But the new speakers that I could never get great sound out of them. The Squad hooked them up properly and made system easy to navigate easily between different units in the system. The TV was crisp and they did it all quickly too! It had been frustrating to have these great speakers but not be able to enjoy them as I can now. I had 6 yrs of college! You'd think I coulda figured it out!

The agent was reliable and my tv lost ita image the warranty was very easy to claim

Purchased this for my last 75 inch TV, 2 years in and one of the rows of pixels went out. Geek squad came out to my house and within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, I received an email accepting the claim and they gave me full credit toward my new TV. Within 2 hours I picked up my replacement TV in the store.

So far so good. Always glad to have this service available for large appliance or electronics purchases

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me

I haven’t needed to use the geek squad on this purchase yet. But the geek squad rocks they respond quickly and take care of your problems.

In two years, I’ve never had a problem they couldn’t fix. Whether in-store or with at-home service, they always deliver. If you’re looking for reliable tech support, Geek Squad is a great choice!

Kelyn and another agent got my setup done quickly and with great skill and knowledge. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use the Squad service but if I do I will feel confident if they all are as knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Kelyn.

I haven't needed to use Geek squad yet for this TV. Great picture for the price. I was really surprised at the minimal operations manual, you have to download it for details- the docs they provide should highlight or give a link for it. Overall very happy with the TV

good service i had a old tv break on me and they were able to help me. i always recommend to get protection when ever you a tv

Purchased my tv with a 5 year warranty. Four years later my tv is having issues with what seems to be the wifi card which was replaced. But 2 weeks later the tv is having issues again and they are unwilling to come and take a look at the tv, blaming my wifi at home. I have other electronics at home that work fine without any issues only the tv is having problems. I have video proof of what the tv is doing but yet they blame my wifi. The tv is turning off the wifi on its own, there is no setting to turn this off. I will not be buying again from best buy, let alone use the geek squad service again.

Easy to work with. Exceeded my expectations. I will never buy anything over $500 without purchasing the protection plan again.
