Best Buy has excellent customer service regarding their service plan protection. When used, they actually repair the issues or replace when needed.

My son's tv went blank a year after purchasing it. I bought the 5 year warranty for the tv. I called geek squad and they told me that tv was not in stock. So they upgraded me to the next best tv available. Three days later the tv was delivered and they took the old tv back with them. Service was on point.

Had an issue with my tv and no questions asked and they replaced it for no extra charge

Kelyn and another agent got my setup done quickly and with great skill and knowledge. Hopefully, I’ll never have to use the Squad service but if I do I will feel confident if they all are as knowledgeable, skilled and courteous as Kelyn.

The agents came out and mounted my tv and also connected all my devices, they were very prompt and courteous!

Amazing tv and picture!!! Bright for a oled. I’ve had a mini led from Samsung and this is still superior to even mini led. My ps5 games look amazing. Even regular cable tv the details are just amazing. I have a bright living room and this still works great. Love it!!!

Get one. Had a Sharp TV several years ago. It started to die about 2 months before my extended warranty expired. Best Buy sent a technician to my home and when he found that he couldn't replace a defective part, BB refunded my original purchase price and even prorated what was left on the warranty.

They helped me out with my TV. They helped me look for a TV that was better.

Received brand new 75 inch Samsung TV with no delivery defects. Also received my purchase in anquick and timely manner. My new television produces a clear and ceisp picture with perfect smart app capabilities. I would highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a new television and for an affordable price.

Better to buy this protection plan to avoid unnecessary bills

LOVE my new tv. Great price, awesome and easy to use remote. It literally has everything in a smart tv that you would want. I like that even my non-techy grandma is able to easily navigate the tv/apps/and remotes. Also has voice search feature which is very convenient. It was super easy 1 step, push of a button to get my cable tv remote paired with the new tv. I loved that part because usually they have codes you have to fuss with and it takes too long or you don't have the code etc. I definitely recommend this TV!

Best protection to get for replaceable products especially after rough usage

I always try to buy the insurance plan because you never know when you hide them.Will break down and the geek squad works for me

I was happy to purchase it because it came in handy when my TV started turning off by itself it was replaced seamlessly and the person at The geek squad was the next exceptional at his customer serviceability even though the manager of the store was rude to me
