Thankfully, I haven't had to call them about my tv, but I've had good luck with them in the past of laptops and other pcs.

The agents mounted my TV, it was done very efficiently and well placed. They were professional and answered all my questions. Even gave me a few suggestions, appreciate their time and tips.

Hopefully I never need the service, but it’s a good idea to purchase this warranty. Without a warranty; it would be cheaper to purchase another TV, rather than pay repair costs. Having this is what saved me from having to pay for a TV that I purchased for two years that broke on its own. Geek Squad replaced my prior TV quickly and the process was simple. The best TV ever.

Whenever you buy something from Best Buy’s and are offered a warranty get it. Best Buy’s has the best hassle free warranty service you just have to know how to describe your problem, when my sister tv was messing up she got it checked out 3 times until I told her to explain to them that the tv goes blank after hours of use. Come to find out the motherboard on the tv was the problem which got fixed right away when explained the problem properly in stead of just saying it goes black sometimes.

The LG tv is excellent love the beautiful picture . And the Geek Squad they are amazing always answering my questions and always willing to help.

Geek squad protection at a price that was reasonable to the price of the item purchased. One of those thing you buy that you hope you never have to use. But there is peace of mind knowing it's there to protect our new TV.

Hopefully I never have to use my geek squad protection, but I have peace of mind knowing it's there if I ever need it! I've been shopping at Best Buy as long as I can remember and they've always treated me good!

Well, as of this time we have not needed support by Gee Squad but expect they will provide support if we need it. TV was straight forward to set up

When I tell you that Geek Squad service is flippin AWESOME that's what I mean they really go hard trying to help and if they can't do it then they roll out a new product or a refund......I love me some Geek Squad!!

I purchased an Insignia TV and less than 2 months the TV broke. I took it back, no questions asked just gave me the credit for the purchase. Now I did not get credit for the 5 year warranty but it was ok since there were no questions asked and credit given for a new tv. Best Buy has the best Geek Squad warranties you could ask for
