I haven’t had to use it yet but I’m sure it was a great purchase

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!

Always protect your technology, you never know if you got a lemon or the product goes out before your protection ends. Geek squad will be there to assist, and they have great customer service.

I highly recommend getting the Protection on your electronics!!

I bought this for insurance for my 98” television. It is a little pricey but the coverage is good and it would pay for itself with one call.

Have not used it yet, but hope coverage is easy to use.

Thnak god for protection because i can get another tv or get it fixed if anything wrong happens to my electronics. I love Best Buy items.

There is a large central white halo in the middle of the TV screen. I only found out about this AFTER mounting it unfortunately (having adhered to all instructions and precautions very carefully). I am a healthcare worker and have to travel for work a lot so by the time I got back home, unpackaged it and set up the wall mount, it was on day 16th from delivery date (past the 15 day return policy. Very unfair). Extremely disappointed at Sony products. Do NOT buy.

But this for all tvs , I am usually the guy that says no to this by default. But I got it because the tv was so cheap. It was tcl, of course screen went out after a year. Called best buy came out next day , evaluated tv . Got to pick a replacement and pick it up same day. Could of had it delivered but I am impatient lol. Just get it.

Its so easy to use my whole family loves it samsung is a reliable brand.

had geek squad protection on this tv screen went out so they covered all but a few dollars of the cost of a new model to replace old one....

To back up my purchase on a great deal on a 4K Insignia 50” TV set, I got the this deal on Geek Squad protection for FIVE years! This is a decent set and if it lasts five years, I will be happy. If it doesn’t I am covered! In five years I’ll be ready for an 8K set. It’s a good bet to purchase this extra protection.
