    I have always purchased coverage for my electronics (pricey ones) I have had great experiences with Geek Squad protection. MY son has had to replace his Laptop 2 times because of breakage and both times it was covered they were $1200.00 Laptops. Mine was also replaced $800.00 no charge. The cost of the protection for physical damage isn't cover with the manufacturers guarantee, but it is with Geek Squad.

    We have not had to call the Geek Squad for this paticular item but they were there to assist us in getting out desktop set up and running quickly and with such patience. They were very informative.

    An amazing computer!…I needed one for my son since he’s homeschooled…Best Buy and HP is my store and product brand for electronics for school…I highly recommend this product no issues…

    TOOK more then 90 days to get a new tv had to rent

    Same as the last time this is my second time dealing with geek squad replacements. They kept replacing the board which DID NOTHING!!! i was without a tv for almost 2 months . I had to rent a tv for 89 a month until they said they needed the board to fail 3 times instead of giving a replacement. So it was a 1500 dollar tv the reciept showed every main board was 1199 so they spent 3 times the tv's cost in repairs plus whatever it cost the truck and workers and then the 4th time when they picked up the tv and dropped off the other. This is crazy and if they just stopped this weird policy i dont know if its made up or what because it was the same guy every time i do not know if he was just saying this to pocket the money or what but its a crazy thing to do keep putting something that does nothing to fix it 3 times and wasting money and everyones time and making me have to rent a tv for a month. Honestly the only reason i give 2 stars is becAUSE they finally gave me a new tv what the old one was worth.

    I got this for my 50” flat screen. 1 year later I call them up and tell them somehow my screen is glitched on one side I sent pictures and they told me they couldn’t fix it. So they gave me a free TV. Smaller but it was an upgrade. My flat screen was just a regular tv ended up getting a Samsung 43”

    I purchased the 5 year Warranty on a Sharp TV. WITH 2 months left on the Warranty , it woukdnot start. BESTBUY replacec the TV when it was unable to be replaced. Great purchase. Great price.

    Havent had to use it. Hopefully I never do. Its good to have some protection for mass produced chromebooks that your kid has to have for school

    Geek Squad 5 year warranty for new TV

    Purchased the 5 year warranty for our new Samsung 70” TV. Hopefully we won’t have to use it but if something fails in the next 5 years we are covered! (As long as it is not a cracked or broken screen). Keep any young children away from the TV screen so this doesn’t happen!

    The geek squad technicians that came to my home to service my tv were very good. However, the customer service on the phone, scheduling (a 12 HOUR WINDOW) and the lack of follow through (being told someone will call me back or email me) from the escalation team and never hearing from anyone. And being told that there must be 3 SERVICE CALLS (not including diagnostic ones) in order for them to replace the broken tv) made this a very bad customer service experience.
