Hope to not need to use it, but peace of mind knowing I have protection in the event I do. I have used GS protection in the past and it was well worth the small up front cost.

I think the Geek are the best cause they help you in a lot of ways they make sure you are protected and you feel so happy because they look into everything. PS that's why I recommend the Geek group as well cause they take care of you to the best of knowledge to help you .

It’s nice to have a piece of mind that I have warranty over the TV and I did at first didn’t want to get it and then I decided against that and got it anyways and they just easily approved it so I like that that I don’t have to do a bunch of paperwork to do it

The extra warranty is well worth it my tv suddenly died and with the warrant they gave me a new tv!

This is a great protection plan considering it’s only $19.99. My T.V. wasn’t displaying a picture only sound. Took it to the Geek Squad and they replaced it for me. It was fast and easy. The staff was also great! Biji was great, very professional, helpful and nice. This was definitely a pleasant experience!

Purchased warranty protection for tv, just in case. Luckily I haven't had to use it. Staff was very helpful with all my questions.

TV got here safe and sound without any breaks in the display.

Most of us carry the insurance plans for cell phones each month as a "what if scenario," this is no different for high end home entertainment equipment. For less than cellular insurance and no "deductibles," this is a must have piece of mind. Better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

I have never been disappointed with any LG item I have purchased, and this one is no different. Easy set up out of the box as well as easy to connect the AppleTV and LG soundbar. The picture quality is perfect, as is the size. I would definitely buy another.

Highly recommend to get with purchases. My TV started to show bright spots on the edge after nearly 2 years. Made a call. They sent someone out. Determined the tv needed to be exchanged. Since my tv is still usable I was able get a gift card for the full amount I paid on my tv and keep my tv. They went above and beyond.

I have learned if I only have to make one phone call for help it has paid for itself. I purchased a new TV for our bedroom, our first smart TV. Didn’t understand why I couldn’t get it hooked up and working. The geek squad tech talked me thru the setup. He was quickly able to tell me I was missing the correct cable between TV and box. He told me what part was required. Once I got that part (a whole different story and review) I was set up and watching TV in less than 15 minutes.

It's always a good idea to get extra protection plans on anything that you don't want to buy twice because while the quality is great in most of the new technology, any mass produced items have a few flaws once in a while, quality control is really good nowadays but it's always smart to be sure, I've had a few things that I have had to do the warranty on and I was really happy to have it because the manufacturer warranty had expired. I will always get the warranty.

Worth it especially since appliances are but built to last anymore
