This is the second time that I have to use my protection plan with Geek, absolutely easy and clear process to make effective the protection plan. I will always recommend them.

The Geek Squad protection gives me the peace of mind for the next five years. I am certain if there is an issue with my new Samsung TV that Best Buy with take care of it.

I am an insurance account manager and i always include additional protection on all my electronics. Better safe than sorry. This is my second sound bar and when it eas damaged by lighting my plan replaced it. Protection is a must.

Pardon my pun but "it pays" to have extended warranty on televisions. Glad I was able to purchase a "5 year warranty" for my new Sony and have 2 years to pay it off with my Bestbuy card. Who can beat that! Thank you Bestbuy!

Especially with kids and todays merchandise. I believe things are not built to last so an issue is sure to come up. Also, kids throwing things around can easily hit the tv and break it. This covers that and more.

Have never needed to use it. BUT... It's better to Have one and not need it, than to Not have one when you do need it. Always opt for a good warranty or service product

I was I couldn't believe the way they just changed out the TV and I was impressed

I love the warranty system they have they stand by what they say they will always help you with the problem unlike other stores I think bestbuy has the best program

It is nice to have a warranty that can be handled in store and not by mail or over the phone. In home warranty work can be provided on large items. And I set up the auto pay so I don't worry about missing a payment.

These are fairly inexpensive so I just picked them up for anything I know I want to keep for a while. When they are needed they come in handy!

Thank God I had an extra $500. for insurance because my $3,000. dollar TV was broken and scratched with the leveler they were using, during the set up they pinched a cord or wire. Now I have to wait another month.

Never had to use it but geek squad warranty is like an American express card..never buy anything without it

I always buy the protection plan on larger/expensive products. I HAVE used these plans on multiple products over the years & have found them to be worth it every time. Even if only for the free cleanings that is offered. (Everyone gets dust)

Put it on all my items and it is definitely worth it

I bought this plan on my Sony TV and it definitely paid off. My TV ended up breaking just before the 2 year mark. Geek squad was quick and easy and helped me get a new TV delievered. This is a must buy for any high end electronics.

Hope never have to use. But it’s there if needed. !

Haven't had need to use this yet, and hopefully won't have to. But with other Geek Squad Protection Plans I have always been more than satisfied with the results.

It is what it is. There if you need it, hope to not use it. I have had this plan on older TVs in the past and had to use it and the process was seamless.
