I had a Samsung 50" 1080p TV that went out and was non-repairable after 15 months. I replaced it with a Samsung 50" 4K TV and decided that it would be good to have a backup plan, so I bought the 5 year Service Policy when I bought the new TV. I didn't want to feel cheated by Samsung again and I know that the Geek Squad and Best Buy will back up the product.

You can never go wrong with geek squad protection plan. My tv gave out after 3 years and I was issued a gift card with the value of the tv. Couldnt be more satisfied

Upgraded from a 55” and it was a great decision. Love it !

The agents were professional and installed 2 TVs reasonable time, made sure I understood how to work them. Arrived on time! Personable and cared about performing quality job!

Provides peace of mind for our LG TV and other purchases! At first I debated the value but remembered other TVs going out after 3-4 years and went with this!

Its totally worth the extra money. I get with each purchase With 2 kids and 7 nieces and nephews it feels good knowing that none of the parents will have a heart attack when one of our kids inevitably breaks something and any of our homes. Plus the replacement aspect is hassle free!

NA did not use Geek Squad this time around. Sorry.

Peace of mind, hopefully won't be needed but will have it just in case

my 14 month old Vizio tv was not working properly and the geek squat came and after a few test their recommendation was to replace the TV . i was giving a replacement # went to the store selected another tv and they deliver the new one and picked up the broken one at no charge ..GREAT PROTECTION PLAN

A. They didnt laugh at us when we needed their hlep because we couldnt open the remote to put the batteries in B. Professional and knowledgeable

My experience with the home theater personnel was absolutely excellent.

I don't have to worry about anything with the geek squad, Making a phone call and having no worries makes me happy. Geek is always there when I need their help. The team is very acknowlable and it's a pleasure speaking or working with them. Keep up the good work, Geek Squad....

It was not very expensive to add the extra warranty.

After unboxing my TV a couple weeks after delivery, I found that it would not turn back on after the initial set-up. Geek Squad was amazing, and provided me with a new unit in less than 24 hours!!

I've purchased this service since buying my 1st computer 15 years ago and renewed constantly because at my age I don't understand nor do I have the knowledge to figure out my 'BooBoo's without the help from Geek Squad...Thank You Geek Squad!

The best Value for money OLED. QD-OLED and very bright. All 4 HDMI ports are 2.1

I will not buy anything without this extended warranty because it is very convenient for me and the staff is very knowledgeable. Every time i ask a question i get a very knowledgeable response.

Have not taken advantage of this yet but the price was reasonable. we have electrical outages and i wanted to be protected in case there was some damage to our recently purchased television during an outage. again I thought the price was very fair. I would recommend it to any one.
