I would not buy another electronic product with out a geek squad warranty Exceptional service

The geek squad service is a great way to ensure safety any and all purchases. We all know accidents can happen so why not be prepared when they do, well in you're in luck friend geek squads got you covered.

Professional service. I had no luck in repairing my laptop but they handled it professionally. My unit was bought in Canada and I did manage to get it repair at BB in Canada.

I honestly can't write a review on this service yet because I haven't used it. Smh I'm hoping i won't have to. But always get insurance in your items.

Bought a new tv, and decided to get the geek squad protection. I have not had to use it yet, but it gives you a piece of mind knowing you have extra warranty. Best Buy has excellent geek quad techs, so worth the money.

Definitely a great add on. If you don’t have it I would suggest it

I hope I never have to use it but I am glad I am protected in the event the item breaks. TV's don't last as long as they used to! I strongly recommend a protection plan on an expensive TV!

2 year protection, hopefully I won't need it. I guess we'll see how good it is if we have to try to use it.

My Geeks were awesome! Tyler went above and beyond in helping me when BEst Buy customer service had no idea what they were doing.

Fortunately I have not had to use this particular purchase but have used it on two previous TVs purchased from Best Buy and it was simple and trouble free.

I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan for my 65” Sharp 4K RoKu TV because I thought I definitely needed it for a purchase like this Incase anything goes wrong with my TV. I have not purchased a Sharp before so I really don’t know what to expect from it. I guess I just wanted to cover all my bases and have a peace of mind and not worry all the time.

Haven't needed yet and hope I don't! But I learned my lesson to have it on standby.

I always get this protection. Geek Squad stands by the protection service. My tv breaks down, I take it in and they stand by the protection. I watch a lot of tv, so I would never be without this protection.

Tv went out and being under warranty they brought a replacement to my home!!

My samsung tv went on the blink. I had purchased a five year warranty and I am glad I did. Best Buy replaced my TV at no cost to me. The only thing I paid for was another 5 year warranty. Great to have. Would not be without it.

This is Excellent service I sat back, and they did every thing and programmed tv it was all ready to go.

I had a Samsung 32” tv that died after 2 years. Such a disappointment. So I bought a 32” Toshiba smart tv and purchased the 5 year warranty at a reasonable price.
