This TV is great! I got it after a lightning storm roasted my son's old TV. I saw this online, it was already on sale, and getting it for around $100 bucks sweetened the deal. This is a good quality TV. I wish I had gotten two of them! I would absolutely recommend this brand

I would not ever purchase a TV without the geek squad cover They are very professional and prompt if they can not repair it they replace it - it is very comforting to have that security on your purchases.

Geek Squad protection plan is typically priced based on the value of the item. Adding this to major appliances such as a TV is a good idea. I prefer working with Geek Squad and the local store ofer the manufacturer.

I always get the extender warranty it keeps me protected and gives me piece of mind. First time I bought it 20yrs ago I needed it had it. Never been without it since. Best buy protection rocks.

They have worked with me throught my trials with an extremely savvy computer tech kid(age 9]

called them to resolve a tv sold to me with missing internal hardware. they refused to help. tell your floor salesmen to stop telling customers "anything that happens to the tv, unless you hit it with a sledge hammer, it is covered" if they don't even help with a broken tv is sold. 0 accountability

Worth purchasing as you never know when their assistant will be needed. I've called them once so far and am glad I made the purchase.

very reliable and professional. got the 5 years geek squad warranty for TV and they were professional in first inspecting the TV for the fault and then arranging for a replacement

Haven't had to use it but know of others that have and they only say wonderful things about the level of service they receive and their product fixed or replaced in a timely fashion.
