expensive for the item bought, I dont know why they want me to write at least 5o words, when 5 did it, so I had to write this extra meaninless information to meet their quota!

Your crazy if you spend money for a nice tv or other items and do not protect it! The Geek squad is the way to go!

You guys should use this service on every big purchase . It is reliable and easy to use.

When I purchased my first big purchase Tv, I found that Hisense had a great deal on one of their more budget premium options but I was hesitant because of quality control concerns. In the end there was a minor issue with the panel of my tv a couple years into owning it. When I called geek squad about the issue I was able to get my entire tv replaced!! They helped turn a curse into a blessing. Worth every penny.

The tv quality is amazing, the sound is also amazing. I love how if I lose my remote I can use my phone as the remote.

Purchased two TV's and made sure to add the 5 year warranty on both. Not a bad price for both.

The television protection plan for the Geek Squad is nice for the price that we purchased it for. If anything happens to the television we are able to get quick results because we purchased the plan for any issues that may occur. With an item that size I think it a great idea to purchase a protection plan.

Very good insurance for TV and others items proteccion

Was a decent price over Black Friday sale when I bought a new TV. Hoping I don't have to make use of it but feel better knowing that I have extended support.

A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

This for us is a no brainer. If your making a big investment the piece of mind geek squad gives you is nice. I bought this exact same tv a couple of years ago with no protection true story and after a couple of months the screen broke. That tv is at the town dump. Anything can happen and no it wasn’t the kids. Life happens. Even after the year a line can come down one side then the other and your out of luck. Then you’ll be wishing you got that protection. So take my inexperience as a reviewer and just get that much needed protection. Hope I helped.

This 5 year warranty is overall good due to having the best of best fix our electronics.

I have been a long-time customer. My tablet was damaged I opened the package and dropped it, screen cracked and the service I received went so smoothly. I glad I had ins. coverage, but your geek squad took care of my purchase. I give them a 4-star rating because there's always room for improvement. The Geek Squad 2-yr protection flew by faster than expected. These geeks know how to get the job done in a timely fashion. The protection is neat with no visible wear in sight. The geeks won't have you waiting more than a couple of minutes if not too busy to assist you. It has been a while since purchasing my device but no major signs of wear and tear. The geek that serviced me was exceptional. I was very impressed with the customer service.

I bought a LG Oled TV. Best Buy extended warranty is the only one that covers burn in.

I ordered TV online told my wife to pick it up at Tacoma, Wa best buy order number: BBY01-806230967350 I told her that it was an open box that was the description given prior to purchase. Our thoughts was its in the "openbox" and it'll be ok transporting in our rav4 laying down but we were wrong. While my wife was picking up the TV the employee's were laughing at her because it couldn't fit in our car. The manager noticed and offered to get the TV delivered with installation. When the TV got delivered I was present at this moment this geek squad guy said that my wall stud were more apart than usual which was weird to me. While they were unwrapping the geek squad guy told me not to take off the tape around the edge of the TV until I get it installed on the wall. The TV didn't get installed because of what he stated, he told me also that I should purchase a different mount for my TV because the one I got was too small for my stud. Few weeks came by (I was out of country for work trying to helped this pandemic issues) and I decided to measure this wall stud and this geek squad guy is probably wrong about the stud being too far apart and yes he was wrong. While taking the TV edge tape I realize there was a crack with hole on the side of the TV (see pictures). Do y'all realize now that I've played like a fool?
