Very reasonably priced warranty that I hope I don't have to use but is a good piece of mind for expensive items

Haven't need this so far but I get it just incase my games have issues.

It's a warranty, but not one you should be weary of. Most protection plans have gotten a bad stigma over the years, but this Geek Squad protection plan has never let me down. Best Buy has also been helpful and resolved any product issues I've had due to this warranty. Protection covers numerous categories, so give yourself the peace of mind and pickup the added coverage, it costs essentially the same as a weeks worth coffeeshop trips but now you're TV is worryfree for 2 years.

Prices goes up for the more coatly items purchased. Walter (Buy cheaper )

I only gave it five stars because I didn't want to give it a bad mark. We can't know how well Geek Squad is until we have a problem. So what else is there to say? Why would you ask about your Geek Squad service on a product we just bought? Expecting us to have to use it? Rating the Geek Squad at this point doesn't mean a thing.

I had a tv that the screen went black shortly after my warranty expired. Thankfully I bought this insurance. When repairs were not possible my tv was replaced with a new one. Best Buy service was great and made the entire process a breeze.

Was not too difficult to get the old TV looked at and the report submitted for review. The answer to replace came within a few hours. It was too expensive to have the Geek Squad just hang it on the wall so I choose to just have the delivery and haul away done as outlined in the warranty. However, I was never told that I was responsible for taking down the old TV from the wall. This caused over a 3 week delay in finding someone who could take the old one down and replace it with the new one. This cost me more money that I should not have spent other than installing the new one since I had the Warranty. This was on top of waiting over 3 months of getting this resolved due to the suspension of home visits.

I recently purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan for my new TCL TV and am thoroughly satisfied with the coverage it provides. It's a reliable way to protect your investment and offers peace of mind. Highly recommend!

They helped me replace a damaged tv and were very easy and efficient to work with.

Excellent service helped with my pc troubles and was able to get my device functional again.

Thankfully, I have not had to utilize the incredibly beneficial Geek Squad services quite yet, but it's refreshing to know they are available if needed

While I haven’t had to use the warranty yet, they’ve never failed me on the few past issues I did have with other warranties.

I have never paid for a extended warranty in my life I always thought they were worthless as the life of the product should last longer than what the warranty is offering. But I’m so glad I did. I had bought my dad a TV for Christmas and two years later some thing went out in it. I called the geek squad and they came out within a day and took a look at it. Unfortunately, my dad’s TV had been Discontinued. The part that they needed was unavailable. So they let my dad pick out a brand new TV comparable to the one that he had. Within a couple days they were back at the house installing and setting up the TV. I will always get an extended warranty on some things so expensive.

I called the Geek Squad about a 5yr warrenty I purched when buying a new TV. Although I got transfered to several different people everyone was helpful and curtious leading to me getting the issue resolved. I recieved approvial for a new TV no cost to me. The BB team really went the EXTRA mile.

Worth the purchase. Has been excellent since day 1

I bought the extra insurance in case anything unforseen happens to my electronics I don't make much money, so I can't afford to replace things all the time.
