The agents brought it in but I didn’t have them mount it

I bought 3 TCL tv's online and used the curbside pickup. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. They were very professional and courteous.

Not much to say since just got it and nothing gone wrong yet, hope you don't need it but feel relief that do. Just reviewing for the gift card entry.

Everyone I have ever talked to in the store was very knowledgeable and polite. They have installed a car stereo for me before and I currently have there insurance for a tv just in case something happens.

First time trying xumo tv. Its great. All apps in one easy to use ui. Tv has hdr. Great features at a price that is more than reasonable.

My mom love this offer because in case the television stop working she can get a replacement for the television the wall mount

They came and inspected my broken Hisense TV and was able to replace it. For 100, it is pretty worth for 5 years coverage. I wish the warranty would extend and cover the replacement TV but I have to buy a new 5 year plan. Would be 5/5 if the new TV continued the the previous warranty plan.

Even if something happens during the 1 year warranty, you never have to deal with your TV manufacturer support because they always suck. Best Buy is amazing with their support. My experience might be unique but they come out to look at my TV, determined what was needed to fix. They didn't need to replicate it, but I had recorded a video of the issue. A day after my service call, they tell me they can't get the part in a timely manner so they offer me a gift card for what I paid towards a new TV. Of course I ended up with a more expensive set and re-bought the warranty so I ended up having to buy a new TV, but I much rather would have spent the $400 than losing out on $1600 for a TV that was just 14 months old.

Geek Squad was Excellent. They were very professional and answered all our questions. They did an excellent job installing our new TV entertainment center. Dallas was awesome!

Very affordable accidental insurance for the tv I purchased.

I always buy this protection and I swear it never fails me. if I need any assistance or need my device replaced for any reason geek squad is always there for me. I like how Best Buy gives you the option to buy the protection at a discounted price yea its ONLY for that particular device but its so worth it! if you don't purchase the geek squad protection with any purchase (that's eligible) from Best Buy then your going to be coming out of pocket for repairs and possibly a new item and it will end up being a pretty penny!

Geek squad arrived on time, did a wonderful install on our 65" screen, wall mounted, with sound bar, providing explainations as they proceeded.

The agent, Dulani, was great. Came out pretty quickly, recognized the issue, and set the wheels in motion for a rapid resolution. Money well spent!

I have always found the geek squad protection to be worth every penny. The sales people have always been courteous and accomodating!

I bought an open box Samsung Q90 tv that was only missing the standard tabletop mount. When it was received at my home I found a decent scratch where the tv was bubble wrapped and undoubtedly was rubbed by a pallet jack during transportation and the delivery team didn’t bring the correct One Connect box with it. After a quick trip to the store to determine that the Correct One Connect box wasn’t there and a quick 15 minute phone call later to the Geek Squad, I had a brand new TV scheduled for delivery to my home, no questions asked. It was well worth the extra money to protect the investment.

So far so good . No complaints yet. Great service n excellent explanations of the issue n solutions
