I believe this is a good warranty to have. They give you plenty of time to enjoy your purchase. I haven't had to use it but feel this is a good one for the purchase.

I had a TV that had previously gone bad after 1 year and didn't get the Best Buy extended warranty so I was out of luck! Decided it was not going to happen again!! :)

Purchased the 5 year warranty because the TV is mounted on the wall so in home service is ideal.

It's easy to connect, sound quality is good, comes with many useful apps, never had a problem.

I have a five year warranty on my tv and the technician that came out said I broke my tv by squeezing the screen and when I explained it was the Geek Squad that installed it I couldn’t of broken the screen he didn’t want to hear anything I said and left without replacing my television that messed up while I was watching it nothing hit the screen there is no cracks on the screen but it’s my fault andi am screwed out of my warranty.

Has saved us many dollars over the years! Thanks Best Buy!

Awesome products and service' quick to figure out and resolve issues

We like the simplicity of the non-Smart TV, but the audio pops, squeals and makes other strange sounds. Also the sound fluctuates horribly, reducing to nothing, then blasting.
