    Peace of mind coverage

    After having my 70" Hisense for only 2 years and it went out i decided to get the extra coverage. Although i feel Samsung is a quality product i feel safer with the extended coverage.

    If I could give it 0 stars I would. I bought a 77" Sony OLED from them a year ago. My previous TV had been broken by a Toddler visiting my house so I asked the sales associate if their protection plan covered a cracked screen like a toddler throwing a balloon weight through the TV. He assured me that it would. Well... we moved and guess what, after taking all the precautions to make sure the TV did not suffer any damage, the screen cracked. Best buy now states they don't cover cracked screens on Sony OLEDs... I was conned into buying an expensive warranty for the sole purpose of accidental damage on a TV that is now useless. Beware, their sales associates don't know what they are talking about. Looking at it in the best light the sales associate sold us the wrong protection plan. In the worst light, he conned us into a membership with basic protection plan to get a bonus or some kind of kickback when what we wanted was the protection plan with accidental damage coverage.

    Good protection for worry free purchase. We got a Hisense TV and worried about it’s longevity so purchased the extra insurance just in case. However the TV had so many problems out of the box we returned it within the 14 days.

    Peace of mind knowing ai have geek squad protection! My last TV i bought went out with one month remaining on my two year protection plan i purchased. So this was an easy choice to get a five year protection plan. It's the peace of mind. Best Buy is also the only company to cover burn in on an OLED TV if burn in is a concern.

    Can't go wrong with 5 year protection once 4 years is up in your TV or whatever electronic is outdated throw hammer through it and then boom you have yourself a newly replaced updated top A-line item that you don't even have to pay money for just get a new insurance

    I work on appliances for a living and sell protection agreements every day. So I believe in them whole heartedly. I chose to purchase the protection agreement when I bought my TV for peace of mindand the fact that if it breaks it will be repaired or replaced. And the price was very reasonable compared to other plans.

    Always comes thru and perfect support because last year I had a problem with my 60" TV and they ordered the replacement screen at no cost - otherwise it would have been over $1200! Another problem a year later - and because of the on going problems - they stuck by their service and gave me full replacement cost I got the 65" same TV on sale for same as I got the 60" last year! Always on time and polite and explaining everything.

    Unless you want to lose money instead of getting the item repaired/replaced with store credit, I always recommend family and friends to get GSP. it's worth the extra bucks in the event of any issues the item you have develops.

    Hopefully I will not ever have use it! My mother made an appointment with them. When I say they was constantly asking her questions about her issues. Resolved her problem. Was ver respectful!

    5 Year Warranty

    We purchased a 5 year warranty for our new LG TV. The original TV we bought had really bad pixel burn on the screen, and the 2 year warranty really saved us. We purchased the 5 year warranty for the new TV we traded for with hopes that the TV outlives it's warranty. The cost of $30 for 5 years is worth the cost, especially if something happens to the TV.

    My dad and I can into best buy looking for a visioTV we had seen on sale on your website. We asked about this specific TV and the best buy guy knew exactly what we were talking about and where it was etc... He helped my dad find theTV that was perfect for him. Thank you so much!
