The geek squad set up my laptop with ease for me to use. The rep answered al my questions and ensured I was satisfied before I left.

I think it is a really good product. I had an issue with a Sony TV and fortunately I had the five-year protection plan through Best Buy and they warranty the TV out for me.

Just what I needed to make sure everything goes right a backup plan and it's five year plan is that backup plan..

I've reached out to them over the TV that wasn't delivered at the time because I did not receive a phone call or email about the service. When it was canceled. They reached out, communicated with me and properly corrected issue.

Our faithful tv screen went out and did not come back on. I chatted and called the protection plan and since the item was not able to be repaired it was refunded. The service is worth it completely!

Hope I don’t have to use this but it seemed like a great add on for modern electronics.

I've been using Geek squad since 1987 and i loved there service. They fixed my Computer and an old laptop that i was updated over and over and now its done

This service protection plan was lessexpensive and year longer than the Samsung direct plan. Also more convenient sine Geek Squad is everywhere!

Good value and I hope I never have to use it but , there is peace of mind knowing if something happens they will take care of it.

Piece of mind for my investment. If anything we're to go wrong they'll fix or replace (hope to not have to use)

I got my Vizio TV four $100 because of my rewards I got such a good deal on the TV that I was able to buy a Vizio sound bar I have a 55 inch Vizio TV in my living room and it’s so nice I thought I would get one for my bedroom. Thank you Best Buy I appreciate all you do for the community.

Well worth it considering most new TV’s only last 5-7 years tops. This way I am covered and can maybe save money in long run.

Decided to go with this just in case….but we’ve had Roku before with no issues. But for the price, I think it’s worth it. Hopefully we won’t need it.

Purchased this at a very affordable price to protect my new television. Gives me great piece of mind, knowing I have five years additional protection for my purchase!

Electronics are so expensive and more defective nowadays, you'd be crazy not to get the warranty.

I have used the Geek Squad and had. My problems solved without hassle and fast. Crew of the squad were well informed.
