I have found in this time of the pandemic it is good to have teh Geek squad to reach out to for repairs rather than trying to work directly with the manufacturer warranty

It may be pricy to have the extended warranty but it is worth it as even when I had trouble setting up the tv I called and they walked me through it. With this feature alone makes it worth having on such a large investment.

Definitely will always add geek squad protection for my tv. They come out when you have a problem. Friendly people who help you over the phone to set up the appointment.

I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Geek Squad warranty came through AGAIN! tv was replaced. remounted and set up for us. Techs are outstanding! Everything was great!

Who buys a good product and and not add the protection plan? This protection plan is one of the best compared to others. Always get the Geek Squad protection plan!!

I have to call in on my warranties a couple times with geek squad. My most recent was to get a tv at my house looked at for possible repairs. The service date was a bit of a wait, but the "geek guy", came n was well experienced. Can't complain with that

This TV is amazing! The picture quality is so clear. It was a bit confusing figuring out the Smart TV controls, but we hooked up the PS4 Pro and Soundbar and have been enjoying out TV since then. Very easy to set up

I always purchase the 2-year protection plan when offered. It has helped me tremendously over the years with items that stop working after the 1-year warranty expires.
