So far I haven't had to use it, but just having it takes quite a bit of load of my mind, if anything would to happen to my TV.

I didn't keep the TV so I was refunded, and it went to the next TV I bought. Oh, I would suggest getting the 2 yr protection plan, it's cheaper than the 5 yr plan and when its time to renew, it is MUCH cheaper!

You know the old saying, if you don't get the warranty it will definitely break. I got the warranty and know I can sleep better for the next five years.

Always best to purchase extended warranty. Have had a couple of TVs in the past due and stuck replacing them. Extended warranty would have saved me.

It's great to know my purchase is protected in the event of a malfunction. Using geek Squad in the past has been handled professionally by Best Buy.

Bought this for a TV that the kids will use and will probably need a repair down the line. Geek Squad always does a good job repairing, replacing or reimbursing.

Geek squad always has my back!! Even when it itches really bad! but seriously, they fix everything! My pc needed ram one time and they rammed it up!!

Haven't had tyo use this but sure it will pay for itself if needed.

I like that Geek squad will come to my house and try to fix my product, I don't have to bring it back to the store or send it off to be repaired. And if they can't repair it they will get me a new product
