Well, I bought it as a precaution. Haven't needed to use it and I have never dealt with the Geek Squad before. Time will tell if this was a best buy!

Always purchase when my wife gets a new phone. Not That expensive and gives me peace of mind. Have not had to use it now or in the past thankfully.

The warranty of the Best Buy store is good. Is the best.

The Geek Squad protection plan is a no brainer, when compared to other retailers like WalMart. Although WalMart provides an extended warranty, they often make it difficult to replace or return your item.

Will see if they stand by their warranty in five years

Just activated my geek squad protection but not a bad deal for all these benefits and services for my brand new tv for the next 5 years for only $100.

geek squad is the best had some issues setting up my tv they helped me during the process and all is well now

haven't had to use this yet. That's a good thing. I purchased this because my last TV died after 11 months. could not get it fixed under warranty

I’m so glad I added this protection for my Samsung TV

Purchased this along my with a TV. It's great to have just in case something happens. Lots of reasons they will fix and or replace. Lost a great TV to a lightning storm. Don't want that again!
