I have had and needed to use BB's protection in the past. I would recommend it to anyone who is making a large purchase. For big ticket items, it is NOT a scam and totally worth every penny.

When ever I make a large purchase I always get the 5-year Geek Squad protection plan. It has come in handy a few times and well worth the price.

This is an improvement to the previous product. I am trusting it will be an even better resource for my equipment protection.

HAVEN'T USED IT YET BUT SINCE NOW I COULD BELIEVE ITS GOING TO BE GOOD SERVICE AND GREAT PLAN JUST IN CASE IN EMERGENCY WITH ANY DEVICE YOU MIGHT HAVE.

This is one of those purchases you make hoping you never need it. And with the quality of Samsung, I do not expect to. But it is pretty cheap insurance.

I’ve used their service with every purchase I’ve made. Would not make a purchase worth establishing Geek Squad protection plan.

I bought a 5 year protection plan for my tv and the price was affordable. Now I don’t have to worry about buying a new tv or replacing it every thanksgiving.

I was looking for a good TV for my son room bestbuy had the best price and i like there Geek Squad Protection i used it before on another item no hassle return for a new product

I would recommend getting a warranty just in case some goes wrong with your item…

I feel it's important to get the extra protection.

Our tv went out a week and a half ago, called Best Buy since we bought the warranty. They have given us (7!!!!!!) different appointment times for someone to come to our house and today makes 4 no shows for someone to repair, they say we can’t bring the 75in to the store because it’s over the 42in limit….. do not waste your money on the warranty because Best Buy DOES NOT fulfill it. We have talked to store managers, geek squad, repair guys, worst experience ever when it comes to fixing our crap

Always a good purchase addition. Full replacement if something goes wrong during this 2 year protection plan.

Time will tell if this was worth the purchase, but seems like it should be. Hoping nothing happens to my appliances, but if there is an issue I will be calling Geek Squad.
