I was allowed to exchange my television; however, I was not happy with the policy for larger televisions. Customer service insisted that a technician would come to my home to check to see what was wrong. I have a choose as to who I allow into my home and I did not appreciate feeling pressured to allow them to come. I requested a refund because they were unrelenting.

YOU CAN'T ASK FOR ANY ANOTHER SERVICE. BEST SERVICE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL.
