Love the extra 2 year extended warranty offered by the geek squad

Always buy this on larger purchases If I do need to use it I know I am in good hands with the Geeks.

Literally the worst customer service ever. Delivery and install of TV was set for 9/17 between 10-1. Called at 10:45 to say they weren't coming, but could come 9/22 between 10-1, so took the morning off to be here for install. Then got a text at 1:19AM to day that now my appointment was changed and they'd be here 12-8PM today. Tried calling and person on phone barely spoke English.

The agents connected my tv and got me all setup. .

Great organization. The reason I buy at best buy.IF the geek squad went away or got too pricy, I probably would also.

It’s hard to beat the confidence knowing that if something was to happen to your electronics that you are covered nice getting what you pay for these days

Always get the protect plan it’s worth it if any problems occur.

The protection plan is great for when you have an accident and good price.

I am a notary agent and needed to make sure I have the protection of all devices just Incase it got damaged.

Tv was just droped off nothing else.. have to get help installing it myself .. but happy i had the extended warranty cause tv was only a few years old

Anyone that don't buy this will regret it, not that the product will fail that you purchased but the peace of mind knowing if it does another can be had.

Florida Geek squad has saved me so many times wether it was my headset, TV or phone it has saved me tons of money from having to rebuy a product!

Glad I have it - just in case! The I purchased it for is a great product and works very well! But just in case I feel secure in knowing I have coverage if I need it.

This Geek Squad is just an additional warrantee. You don’t know what could happen. If it happens, then you’re covered. If it doesn’t happen, then you’re still on the good side.

I am glad they deliver to my house, and I appreciate their service.
