We have not had to use this product yet. We have never had problems with the Geek Squad before.

It better be worth it. Hopefully when/if u need the service, it will be a good experience

Good proctection services for a good price. Much better than to have a 5 year when it's not much more expensive than the 2 year. Covers alot of damages.

I bought a 2 yr protection just in case. I have had my device for almost 4 weeks and works well.

but my last TV died with no warning and was about 5 years old. With the manufacturer warranty of one year, this provides peace of mind.

My Samsung t.v turn black. Complete . After 3 years. Brought 75 inch with Geek protection plan.

Worth it if you have multiple things to for protection. Great not having to worry about all of the items breaking down.

No there’s warrantee it protects your TV for five years will recommend it to everybody

Purchased as a backup to my new Samsung 4K TV. I like the quality of the products from Best Buy so I preferred to buy my TV from somewhere I could get Tech Support easier.

Comes in handy everyone should get it. Also saves you a lot of money during these times

The squad indlled my mount and placed my TV on the wall. Very neat doing their work with no mess.

It’s fine for the price but it shuts off when it wants far too much. I’ve only had it a little over a year and it been doing it for months before my year came up. I mean even while watching a program it’ll go back to the Home Screen. It’s so annoying. If I had of remembered I had protection on it I would of took it back sooner. So I’m going to take it back after just checking to see if I have coverage for it.

The freedom of knowing your are covered for repairs. Used the Geek Squad protection in pass purchases . Never sorry for the money it cost me.
