It nice to have some extra protection on TV or any electrical

Great tech support. I have always had it and they have always provided support and solutions to any issues.

No worries with extended warranty in case there is a problem.

The last tv I bought for $300 more lasted 14 months unfortunately 2 months too long for warranty so decided to buy best buy one and have no worries!!!

geek squad converage is a must especially with electronics. The agents are always helpful if you have an issue.

Have not yet used, hopefully will not ,good to have in case.

Geek squad offers the service and protection you need, especially with complex and/or expensive products. Well worth the investment and piece of mind.

So far we haven’t had to use it, but the contract sounds really good. If anything was to happen to my product it would most likely be covered

I really can’t rate them for this product seeing as how I haven’t really utilize the geek squad service for this purchase. However I have had dealings with the geek squad with other purchases so I rated them a 4

Haven’t used this protection plan. But have used other product plans in the past and found worth the purchase.

They fixed my TV speakers on the TCL 8 series when they cut out after only one year.

This mount is a little loose, had to tighten around the swivels with Allen wrench (which comes in kit) to make it more stable. Its the hand swivel for the tilt on the TV itself that could be better. Overall good.

If you are interested in using the television or electronics for long time, it makes sense to get this insurance. It will give you peace of mind and you can take the product to any best buy store for repair / replacement.

We always buy geek squad protection plans because you never know! Definitely worth it for big purchases!
