Purchasing this from n the past has been a blessing. Technology is great when it works, but not always with flaws.

Havnt had to use them yet so cant complain a good concept though

They do a super job in repairing any device you purchase with protection and its safer to buy it as insurance instead of paying a full price down the line. I would highly recommend this product!

Geek squad installed my tv & extra components. They made sure I understood how to operate the smart tv functions.

The agents helped me setup my television, the gents were very helpful and professional.

The 2 men that delivered the freezer took it from the Box bring it into the house set it up open the Freezer set all the racks in everything was perfect 2 great service man they even took the empty Box..

It gives me peace of mind after spending 2400 dollars on a tv. Well worth it

Okay price without having too much of purchase was a lemon. Have yet to use the warranty but terms and conditions shows it would be worth it if it decides to crap out

Bought the 5 year warranty when I purchased my tv. Had to use it after 3 years worth every penny!

They are great I always used them for any type of products

geek squad does everything but replace panels. the repair service of my tv was great the guy came in did the work and left. no hasstle at all. same with my computer however they do not fix panels for tvs so don't buy this warranty if you're looking to have panels replaced due to children.

This Lenovo monitor is the clearest monitor I have used. I will purchase another one for my home.

Haven't usedbut bought just in case.Last Tv died after a few years wanted coverage just in case.

I don't always get warranties, but for as little as this cost to cover my 32" TV it is well worth it. 42 cents a month to cover it for 5 years, and if something does go wrong, I just have to bring it back to any Best Buy and they have all the info!
