    Great warranty coverage for the price. Have yet to utilize the geeks quad warranty.

    I've only had to use the Geek Squad once and was very happy with the results. With today's computers and software it has not always been easy to fix my own computer especially with today's laptops. It was worth the membership to me for the protection value.

    Didn't do the warranty on a TV I got about 6 years ago. But this time I did so if anything goes wrong I'll have them fix it. Best thing I did.

    I bought this with a TV. I have not used the service on this purchase yet, but I have had to in the past and Best Buy took care of the issue. This is why I buy this service on anything above $250.

    My computer had someone hack into it. The Geek squad saved my computer by telling me what to do as soon as it happened. I did not lose anything.

    Haven't hd to have it but always get warranty with geek squad. Just dont like phone warranty. Want extra money to replace product. $250 more even with a $13 a month payment for plan
