I have this just for ptotection. Tv hasn't had any problems yet and it's been a month u7900 samsung tv.

i don't know yet but i'm expecting great things and i'll have a perfectly working TV for 5 Years.

The bracket for hanging the TV was already in place but the delivery guys tightened it up then hung the TV.

Protection is a plus. Never purchase a tv with a protection plan.

Added protection at reasonable pricing. Great deal for the money.

Glad I chose this product. I got peace of mind by including it in the purchase of my television and my sound system. No regrets so far.

Recommend when buying any tv. Especially a large screen tv.

It really isn't worth the extra money for the Geek Squad. The tv was so inexpensive that if it tears up, I'll just purchase another one.

The picture and sound are great (5 stars for those) but setup was a nightmare!! That began with a lack of clarity on how to install the two legs. I’m a retired science teacher with a BSEE from a prestigious school and also have an MBA and MEd. Plus I’ve written two novels. I had to call Sony support for help with setup since it was stuck on wanting the password for a neighbor’s WIFI even though I connected my Ethernet LAN cable. I’m good reading manuals but this one is terrible and essentially useless. Using the operating system is also horrendous!! Amazon Fire and ROKU are much simpler. Plus I’ll probably have to call Sony support again since I’ve switched my cable TV and ROKU (still using that for a while) inputs from my initial set up but can’t figure out how to change the input labels and some other associated input settings. No patience for any of this complicated nonsense and who knows what other troubles I’ll have to deal with as I learn how to use the OS. Oh well, the modern world. I still remember the time in the early 1980s when most people in the US were unable to figure out how to program VCRs. That was child-like compared to this stuff.

Purchased this 5 year protection to ensure the use of this TV for 5 years. They are not made as well as decades ago.

Always get the protection plans on all my items well worth the money and the geek squad is the best.
