My 50” Samsung TV had issues with picture after only 2.5 years-Best Buy exchanged with a credit towards a new tv, after only asking me few questions on the return

After having a tv that died 8 months after being purchased from another retailer, whose company DIDN'T HONOR THEIR WARRANTY and gave us total run around! We purchased a New ROKU TV from BB and decided to get the protection incase the TV died so as not to have the experience again. We also returned to BB to purchase our newest TV for gaming, and also purchased a protection plan. Although we have not had to use it yet, It's nice knowing that it's there just incase.

Geek Squad Protection is the best I ever had. They will take care of your concerns right away especially the Tech guy who check my TV, he is very knowledgeable and very professional his name De Jaun. They send the tech guy in just two days and will receive the replacement in 3 days what a service...Good job Geek Squad....

The tv for the money at the time was great, super bright excellent blacks and dynamic range. Its only weakness was motion at times it had weird artifacts during high speed motion and the software left a lot to be desired as far as UI and picture options

Not too thrilled about the way it works. To my understanding it does not cover accidental damage, which in the past this was available.

I would absolutely recommend having the geek squad warrenty. I have it with my Insignia TV and am purchasing with this Toshiba also. With electronics I believe it would be foolish not to have this protection and the price is extremely very reasonable!! ☺️

Geeks squad is great they are very reliable and its good to have someone in hour corner when things good bad with your electronics

It's great to have but never had to use it but it gave Peace of mind just in case i ever had to use it.

We had to use this on a TV we bought less than two years ago. What you need to know. This protection does not mean that you take it back to the store for replacement. Even, the customer service call center told us to do so. They will send someone to your home to ensure that the TV is actually broken. Then they will fix the TV, send you a new one, or issue an e-gift card. None of which will happen on the day it breaks. Their first available appointment for us was over a week out. I

This is a must-have for any TV, I have this on every television I buy.

I suggest always get the extended warranty with TVs large.

What an amazing tv. I bought open box at an awesome deal. I will say it is the best tv ive ever had. I like it better then the oled.
