    The warranty saved me o this purchase and helped offset the cost of an upgrade later. 5 year warranty was money well spent.

    I had bought TCL tv in a black friday deal. So, i bought the Geek Squad 2 years protection for the same.I received excellent customer service from Geek Squad during the installation of my TV. I was having trouble getting my iPhone to connect to my TV. They gave me several tips and helped me throughout the installation process.I am very much pleased with their customer service.I appreciate the Geek Squad and i recommend everyone to get the Geek Squad protection for their appliances and electronics.

    I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE NEW TV. THE GEEK SQUAD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND SETTING UP THE EQUIPMENT. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD RECCOMENT THEM TO EVERYONE. I WILL ALWYS SHOP AT BEST BUY.

    I had this protection service on my former LG TV that failed after 3 years of use. The Best Buy customer service personnel assisted me efficiently and effectively with guiding me through the process of selecting a TV and setting up delivery for my new replacement TV.

    Ordered TV online and was ready to pick up not long after. Wish it could have been delivered but my area is out of range. Great and fast service. Greensboro. Helped load TV.

    Purchased this for my last 75 inch TV, 2 years in and one of the rows of pixels went out. Geek squad came out to my house and within 20 minutes they diagnosed the problem, I received an email accepting the claim and they gave me full credit toward my new TV. Within 2 hours I picked up my replacement TV in the store.

    You cannot go wrong with having peace of mind that if anything goes wrong with your product that it will be fixed or replaced. I have not had to use Geek Squad as of yet and hopefully I never will. One thing I did hear about the Geek Squad Protection is that replacement value of purchase goes down every year. For example if i purchased a $1000 tv and a 5 year warranty and after 3 years I start having problem and they cannot fix it and have to replace it. I will only get a credit of $400 towards a new Tv. I don't know how true that is but I did hear that from a BB employee.

    I bought this extended warranty for a tv that I purchsed for my father. Good piece of mind knowing that he has a 5 year warranty instead of one year that the manufacturer gives you.

    Geek Squad Service is a most have with todays products. The peace of mind you get by knowing that for 5 years you have the protection of your investment by a solid group of professionals. I have made some services calls for some of the articles that I have purchased and have had issues and the service that I receive is 5 starts always.

    Excellent value services you hope you'll never need. Always a hassle when a large item fails and one needs service or a replacement. Geek Squad makes it easy as they come to your house to repair or replace any issues not caused by accidental damage. They also offer installation to simplify the process and that's also a great value. I have not needed to used them for my TV's but I always buy it for the peace of mind.

    Good warranty..after buying a TCL ROKU tv which we did not purchase a warranty on and having the sound go out and having a black picture after 2 years of use..we definitely bought a 5 year warranty with this Pioneer Tv..hopefully we’ll never have to use it but if we do we have it!

    Not getting what I paid for

    Purchased my tv with a 5 year warranty. Four years later my tv is having issues with what seems to be the wifi card which was replaced. But 2 weeks later the tv is having issues again and they are unwilling to come and take a look at the tv, blaming my wifi at home. I have other electronics at home that work fine without any issues only the tv is having problems. I have video proof of what the tv is doing but yet they blame my wifi. The tv is turning off the wifi on its own, there is no setting to turn this off. I will not be buying again from best buy, let alone use the geek squad service again.

    They friendly and were very good about trying to help, but had to send off the tv anyway. Getting the appointment with them wasn't an easy task though

    I purchased this plan for my new television because I would never know when it might need service..being on a limited income, I'm watching what I spend and everything counts..while I have never used the service yet it is satisfying to have peace of mind in case something happens.

    I buy the geek squad warranty when it makes the most sense, usually when I spend a significant amount of money, and the manufacturer warranty is only one year.

    I would recommend this to a friend
