LOVE this product! The only antivirus protection I have used in more than 10 years.

I think it is a really good product. I had an issue with a Sony TV and fortunately I had the five-year protection plan through Best Buy and they warranty the TV out for me.

I bought a 43 inch tv a couple months ago. It got stuck on the loading screen. Tried a manual clear cache and a factory reset to no avail. Called geeksquad I bought a 5 year plan. Even though the tv was over the 30 day in store return since it was pretty new they swapped it out. I hear the horror stories of people and the insurance but in may case they were great. They were really polite and they were here the next morning with my replacement television. I would recommend getting the insurance for anything you care about keeping. I feel a little better knowing that if anything happens they will take care of it quickly. And the people that came to our house cared and were extremely professional and courteous. Kudos to best buy, I will always get protection on any significant purchase and can rest easy knowing Im not going to get a run around and excuses..Thank guys !

Great deal to cover my LG OLED. Super nice to know that if my OLED get burn in, it'll be covered.

Got this for my outdoor tv due to weather conditions in Houston. I keep it covered when not in use

Geek squad has the best protect 4 years tv went dow best buy came to house realized tv could not be fick in 30 minutes I have an email with a code to take to store or go on line and get my new tv for free

Hopefully don't need to use it but good to know I have the protection for 5 years considering how often electronics tend to break early.

Cant speak on other warranties or services but definitely geek squad took care of me. Specifically Norman the tech i was lucky to get. This is a must have and it gives you a peace of mind

Can't go wrong with a 5 year warranty on your bigger investment in your house. Have used Geek Squad previously and was happy with their customer service.

The first unit I had developed an audio problem where audio would drop out or become very distorted on TV speakers, external audio or earphones. Tried several troubleshooting techniques but no luck. Called Best Buy as I had Geek Squad Protection and they decided to send a new unit to replace it. The call took over an hour after being transferred to five different reps. Why not have one phone number that handles protection plans, thus minus one star for that and audio problem on review. The replacement arrived promptly and I set up the new TV. The picture is class leading! HDR and gaming are flawless. At 120 hz refresh rate there is no lag in signal. The audio still has a delay issue when using external audio system. I have 120hz HDMI cables. I’ll look into my setup to be sure it’s not my configuration. The Sony interface could have been more streamlined as there are three buttons on remote to bring up various menus and some are redundant. The software has extensive methods to change TV settings. I’m hoping for future firmware updates to resolve minor issues. For QD OLED I wouldn’t consider another brand coming from an LG OLED TV.

Cool that is included. Honestly is helpful because not many Apple stores are nearby but sometimes I feel like I should just go to Apple instead. Also, some interactions I’ve had previously with the TV not the greatest customer service.

I normally don’t buy an extended warranty but due that the tv is a fair condition item and open box I decided to secure the investment.

Purchased Geek Squad Protection Plan, sometimes a deciding factor when purchasing item of a greater value. Great people and Team of experts at Best Buy! Not always needed, which is a good thing, but beyond any product's warranty and experiencing problems, they come and repair products on-site and if parts become unavailable, they will replace it with a new product. I can only speak highly of Geek Squad Services.

To have extra protection on your product and the cost effectively of the extra warranty is very good

Best warranty and service for the price. Geek squad deliverd my tv to replace a faulty one after 2 years. They even removed and took the old tv with them.
