I have used them in the past when my computer was hacked into. Hackers really messed up my computer. I appreciated the service Geek Squad did for me. They cleaned it well. Problem was solved...and I got my money back from my Visa Card....The hackers were really stupid--committed fraud BIG TIME!

I've had my item for going on 8 months now I haven't had to use anything on the warranty yet but I do know that you can renew your warranty once it is up so I must say knowing that you can do that is great because takes a lot of watery off you if your device is getting old and you having problems with it I must have all your electronics a great safety net

Hope not to use it, but its good to know it is there.

The TV was a lot bigger than I expected!! I love the screen size and how loud it can get and how bright it is. The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 stars is because it’s sometimes slow. Perfect for my BF’s gaming TV!!

This warranty covers my new TV for 5 years! While many see these warranties as a waste of money, I would rather not take the chance on having to buy a new replacement, as my last TV stopped working after 3 years. Good investment!
